Hot Bowls & Classic Vietnamese Plates

Our pho is the heart of the menu at Phở 54. Guests come back often for our Beef Rib Pho, Chicken Pho, and Pho Hai San loaded with seafood. Each bowl is served with fresh herbs, noodles, and broth that cooks slowly for deep flavor. We also serve crispy egg rolls with vermicelli, grilled pork with steamed egg and broken rice, plus fried rice dishes made the traditional way. Every meal is prepared fresh so you can enjoy a filling and comforting experience every visit.

Lo-key best pho in FV. They always greet you with “my friend” and seat you quickly. I feel like I am getting a hug from my grandma whenever I eat there. At one point I was going 2-3 times a week but after moving I try to make the trip at least once every two weeks or so. They never disappoint and Egg rolls are always a good idea. Also, I see some reviews saying cash only buy I wanted to clarify, they do accept card too.

I got the pho and the Thai tea. Oh my lord it was amazing. The broth was absolute perfection, I didn’t add anything to it because it was so so good. And the Thai tea was perfect aswell not too sweet and great flavor. Definitely recommend.
